Once upon a time, driven and enthusiastic, in my corporate career I was a “high performer.”

Then one day in a maelstrom of life-defining events and traumas, I broke.

I felt like a complete failure. I felt endless guilt and 'never enoughness'.

Physically my body was exhausted and broken from years of a work-hard-play-hard life. I was in a very dark place mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

Walking away from my corporate career was the best thing I ever did.

Don't get me wrong, it was terrifying!

But I committed to healing and working out why I was 'really here' and finally rid myself of the constant gnawing sensation that lived in my solar plexus that told me there was more I was here to do.

Spoiler alert... It was right!

I now own a successful business strategy & coaching business filled with clients I love who make my heart sing.

I've become a 2 x international bestselling author (soon to be 3!)

I've spoken on stages all over the world.

And, I've created a range of powerful CPD Accredited research-based strategy & coaching programmes that have empowered hundreds of women to succeed in business by unlocking their Feminine Edge.

With 25+ years of experience as a leader, coach, and business consultant in a wide range of global businesses, I've had the privilege of working with thousands of amazing leaders and business owners to help them grow their business and increase their impact.

But my real mission is to help women earn more money with confidence and conviction and claim their space without shame or self-doubt.

And I am so glad you are here.

I ran out of steam trying to be what I thought everyone else wanted me to be. I felt like a complete failure. I felt endless guilt and never enoughness. I constantly failed to meet the expectations I imagined people had for me. It was utterly exhausting. It felt really, really hard to be me.

When I burned out at the age of 36, I just couldn’t do it anymore.

Physically my body was exhausted and broken from years of a work-hard-play-hard life. I was in a very dark place mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

Dealing with a lifetime of depression and anxiety and chronic health issues related to my stress ridden lifestyle, I knew I needed to take time out to recharge and reset - and that a 2 week holiday wasn’t going to cut it. Something needed to give. Acknowledging that need was the start of my healing process. That was 6 years ago and walking away from my corporate career was the best thing I ever did.

Curiosity has served me well in becoming who I am... and in creating a successful life.

It has also caused me a lot of angst and unnecessary pain and anxiety. Once I learned the secret - that your soul holds all the answers you seek and you don’t need to go round in endless circles trying to ‘work it all out’ - I knew I would spend the rest of my life helping others to do the same.
