As a woman and a business leader, it can feel like you’re herding cats whilst running a marathon wearing concrete boots.

But there is another way and sharing it with you is the reason why I get out of bed every morning, even when my peri-menopausal hormones have woken me AGAIN at 3am only to fall back asleep at about 6am for a grand total for 15 mins before I have to get up!
