Inside the Inner Circle: The Mastermind for Women Building with Strategy & Soul

inner circle Jun 10, 2026

What the Inner Circle was built for

Most masterminds force women to choose between depth and strategy.

Some are tactical containers full of templates, content calendars, funnels and growth hacks, with very little room for the woman building the business.

Others swing the opposite way: beautifully branded luxury experiences that feel supportive in the moment but leave women returning home without real commercial clarity.

The Inner Circle was built to close that gap.

It was designed for women who want strategic intelligence, to evolve their identity, high-level community and genuine recalibration in the same room, and who are ready to no longer separate those things from one another.

This is not a course. It is not a networking membership. And it is not a “dip in and out when you feel like it” container.

The Inner Circle is a 12-month business mastermind for women built around sustained transformation. The architecture matters because real business and leadership shifts rarely happen inside a weekend.

They happen through rhythm, support, strategic recalibration, and the kind of community that changes what feels possible.

Who the Inner Circle is for

The Inner Circle is designed for women who are no longer in the early survival phase of business.
Typically, you have been running your business for a few years. You have already proven you can create momentum. The business is real. The work is real. The ambition is real.

What you want now is different. You are looking for strategic support at a higher level.

Community with women operating seriously.
Space to think properly again.
Structure without rigidity.
A business model that can scale sustainably.
Experiences that recalibrate her personally as well as commercially.

Many women join after realising they have outgrown purely tactical coaching. They do not need another launch strategy or productivity framework.

They need a container capable of holding business architecture, leadership evolution, nervous-system sustainability, visibility expansion and long-term strategic thinking - all at once.

This is why the Inner Circle works particularly well for women building with strategy and soul. Some members are founders scaling established businesses. Others are senior leaders transitioning toward business ownership or building alongside executive careers.

What they tend to share is a desire to create success without replicating the exhaustion-heavy models they have already experienced elsewhere.

This is not a passive coaching group for women. It is for women willing to commit to a year of real recalibration.

What’s inside the Inner Circle

The Inner Circle is a single, integrated 12-month container, deliberately capped at around eight women, application-led, designed for proximity rather than scale.

The architecture is built across two methodologies in deliberate partnership: the Six Strategic Growth Levers (the commercial framework — Priorities, Proposition, Profit, Process, Promotion, Pipeline) and the Four Pillars of the Feminine Edge — Worth, Wisdom, Wellbeing, Wealth, which supports the deep inner work through a clear identity framework crucial to maintaining long term results through real evolution and growth.

Designed to create a luxurious, intimate experience that combines regular touchpoints, personalised strategic support and the benefit of a community of like minded peers who can both relate to you and inspire you, it is the perfect blend of private coaching, community and magical in person events and retreats.

When you step into the Inner Circle, you have a powerful blend of elements to ensure you are held through your big growth moments, without feeling worried about meeting unrealistic time commitments.

Imagine a year filled with:

A Strategic Intensive Day to open the year.

As you join the programme, you begin a strategic intensive process working with Mel over 4-6 weeks to deeply understand your business. You are onboarded to the experience by completing a guided business audit. This enables Mel to quickly identify exactly where the immediate priorities and quick wins lie. Typically through introducing a new offer or perhaps leveraging your existing products and services to make more sales quickly. Then we spend a full day together in person, usually in Eriskay, Glasgow, or a luxury venue of your choice, where we co-create your 12-month strategy. This includes your vision, priorities, the new offer or revenue stream we will build in your first three months, and the overall priorities and seasonal architecture of the year. You arrive at month one already in motion and many have already recouped their investment through taking quick action, even when still feeling a little wobbly about doing things differently!

A Monthly 1:1 private coaching with Mel.

A dedicated private session each month focused entirely on you. A monthly 1:1 at this price point in a community mastermind is rare, however Mel feels strongly she wants to be with you working on the business and this is how she can best serve you with intimacy and specificity. It is in the Inner Circle because it is where the deepest progress happens.

Monthly mastermind circles. Each month, the Inner Circle gathers as a group to mastermind together, with hot seat coaching woven through focusing on real-time, specific, on whatever is live in your business challenges and opportunities.

“Mel in your pocket.” Daily voice-note and message access on WhatsApp.

Real-time clarity when you need it, not when the next call happens to land. This in the moment support paired with quick action often means clients can go from idea to sale within a matter of days, sometimes even the same day!

The Activate Your Feminine Edge event each January. Once a year the entire Inner Circle gathers in person to set the year ahead — strategy, momentum and community in one beautiful room at a luxury venue that takes care of us brilliantly. This time out to reset for the year ahead us invaluable/

The Rewilding — Scotland Retreat (included as standard).

A 3 day luxury strategy retreat on the Outer Hebrides of Scotland where Mel lives. An absolutely magical place and space that creates results and ideas nowhere else can! A blend of time in nature, wild swimming, eating the best local produce in the world. We spend our days working, playing, relaxing with all meal provided and evening fireside chats. Although the value is £2,500, it’s included within your investment.

The Renaissance — Sri Lanka Retreat (pay-in-full bonus).

A five-day luxury retreat on the west coast of Sri Lanka. Where the Renaissance work happens not just rest, but rebirth. Value £3,500, complimentary for clients who pay in full.

Seasonal luxury VIP strategy days. Beyond the opening intensive, additional VIP days punctuate your year as needed.

Intimate gatherings across the year and complimentary VIP backstage access to all the programmes Mel creates and launches during your 12 months.

This is the texture of a serious mastermind for women built for sustainable scale — not the inflated-but-thin design of most women entrepreneur groups.

What 12 months looks like

One of the biggest differences between the Inner Circle and many female entrepreneurs groups is the yearly architecture itself.

The transformation does not happen in one breakthrough moment. It happens through sustained rhythm over time.

Your year begins with the Strategic Intensive Day and business audit so you are not limited to joining at a particular time of the year. This is where the architecture for the year gets built: positioning, business model refinement, priorities, sustainability, visibility, leadership capacity, strategic goals.

From there the year unfolds in layers.

The early months focus on creating strong foundations. Implementing the architecture built during your intensive day, finding your rhythm inside the room, and beginning to see the first commercial results through more sales and a new offer. The middle of your year often becomes a point of recalibration, as patterns become clearer and the bigger strategic moves start to surface. The later months move into scaling, visibility and refinement, and the closing stretch becomes a space for integration, planning and expansion into the next chapter.

Three in-person experiences punctuate that year whenever they fall in your personal arc.

The Activate Your Feminine Edge event each January is the room setting the year ahead together.

The Scotland retreat, included as standard, is the recalibration point many women discover they needed far more than they realised.

And the Sri Lanka retreat in autumn, complimentary for pay-in-full clients or a simple highly discounted upgrade and priority access, becomes the integration moment that closes the year.

Whichever month you joined, these arrive as they arrive, and your twelve-month arc continues to unfold around them.

Throughout the year the cadence remains steady: monthly 1:1 coaching, mastermind circles, daily WhatsApp access, strategic recalibration, ongoing community. This consistency is part of why the container works.

It is what strong female entrepreneurs groups create at their best — not just networking, but expanded possibility through proximity. Trust deepens. Patterns become visible. The room itself becomes part of how you think.

The Deborah Craig story — what’s actually possible

Deborah Craig’s story captures what the Inner Circle was ultimately designed to create.
Before joining, Deborah was already capable, ambitious and building. But like many women she was building largely alone. Then she lost multiple lines of business at the end of last year, and sat with the question of what to do next.

She joined the Inner Circle for connection and clarity. What unlocked inside the room was not purely tactical. The combination of strategic input, community, retreat experiences, identity recalibration and proximity to other ambitious women began to change how she thought about both business and possibility.

The retreat experience was a major inflection point. What shifted there was not simply a business decision - it was the permission and clarity to redesign the entire direction of her work around a model that actually fit who she was becoming.

It is precisely the kind of place-based transformation I described in this 2021 interview — a vision of bringing women to a Hebridean plot of land to reset, replenish and redesign their own lives, published years before either retreat existed.

Nine months on, Deborah is living in Italy. She has hosted her first ever retreat there. She has clients signed for her next one.

“I lost multiple lines of business at the end of last year and I sat there wondering what I would do. I joined Mel’s mastermind for connection and clarity and it helped me go after what I really wanted — so, 9 months on I am now living in Italy. I hosted my first ever retreat here, which was a great success. I have clients signed for my new retreat too. So, like you say… anything is possible if you trust the path will unfold as it’s meant to.”

That is the real point of the Inner Circle. Not just business growth, a different relationship with the business entirely.

What the Inner Circle is NOT

The Inner Circle is not a passive membership. It is not a Facebook group with branding attached, a tactical templates programme, a binge-watch coaching course, a low-touch networking container, or a place to consume endlessly without participating.

It is also not designed for women unwilling to be seen properly. Strong coaching groups for women require honesty, participation, reflection and willingness to engage with the room itself.

The power of the Inner Circle comes partly from the calibre and openness of the women inside it.
This is why the 12-month commitment matters. Real recalibration takes time. Sustainable business redesign takes time. Trust inside a mastermind takes time.

Women looking for instant tactical fixes are often better served elsewhere. The Inner Circle is designed for women serious about building differently over the long term.

The investment, honestly

The Inner Circle is £9,600 + VAT for the full 12 months. The payment plan is £800 + VAT per month for 12 months. The pay-in-full bonus is a complimentary place on The Renaissance, the five-day Sri Lanka retreat, a £3,500 value included.

That investment reflects the architecture itself.

Women are not simply paying for monthly calls or coaching access. They are investing in a sustained ecosystem of strategic support, mastermind proximity, recalibration, retreat integration, private monthly 1:1 coaching with Mel, daily WhatsApp access and long-term business redesign, held inside a room capped at eight women.

The Scotland retreat alone carries a value of £2,500 and is included as standard. Sri Lanka sits at £3,500 and is the pay-in-full bonus or you can upgrade for a fraction of the usual investment. Seasonal VIP strategy days are similarly material in value.

This is also why the Inner Circle tends to work best for women who understand that sustainable scaling is rarely built through isolated one-off interventions. It is built through consistent strategic support over time. That is what this business mastermind for women was designed to provide.

“Choosing Mel as my coach has been the best decision I’ve ever made. I started from a place of overwhelm and constant rushing around. After three months, I had a strategy, a plan, and more importantly a feeling of confidence and calmness. I am making more money than ever in my business — and the change has been beyond what I ever expected to achieve.”
