Why I built this work
I have been the woman juggling seven-figure responsibility with a smile and a spreadsheet.
I have also been the woman crying on the floor at 2am asking, ‘Is this really it?’
Sixteen years in global corporate roles managing multi-seven-figure budgets. Eleven years building my own business and coaching women at senior leadership levels worldwide. A move to Eriskay, a remote island in the Outer Hebrides, that began as a recovery from my own breakdown and became a reordering of everything I thought life was.
The women who come to me have tried coaching and therapy. They have read the books and binged the podcasts.
What was missing was someone who genuinely understands this through lived experience, and who brings the strategy and the personalisation, not just the holding of space.

This model holds the core elements of leadership together, with simplicity, strategy, and soul.
Leadership of Self
At the centre of every leadership decision is the woman making it. So we work through five expansive layers of your being, because you are more than your thoughts, and your inner wisdom usually holds the answers you have been overriding.
- Psychology and mindset — The beliefs and patterns shaping how you lead, decide, and recover.
- Feelings and emotions - The emotional intelligence and regulation that determines what you can hold, witness, and transform.
- Physiology and wellbeing - The body as a leadership instrument. Nervous system literacy, energetic capacity, and how you genuinely belong in the room.

Two fears are probably in the room right now
